CAUSE

This occurs due to users prematurely exiting the Reassign Actions Add-in before all tasks are completed. A common mistake is that users will press the 'X' at the top right-hand side of the add-in instead of clicking the 'Complete' button.

RESOLUTION

Users will need to be advised to properly complete the process so that Reassign Actions can complete its task correctly.

RESOLUTION

You can remove the Content Manager instance of Reassign Actions to avoid confusion. Any changes that are made this way will need to be set as a Global Setting to ensure they are spread to all users.
