DUPLICATE CONTANER ON GENERATE CONTAINER ON CREATION
Issue has been fixed that caused duplicate containers to be created when the 'Generate Container on Creation' setting was enabled for requests that were picked up for polling more than once.

Email functionality now allows for authentication with username and password for SMTP
SCHEDULED ERROR LOGS NOTIFICATION
Daily scheduler added to send and email of any error logs to the nominated users to assist with debugging the polling process.

BUG FIXES
INCORRECT METADATA MAPPING
The metadata mapping will now correctly set the appropriate value to the mapped field within Content Manager. This only affected if multiple of the same request type were polled in a single run.
