This release of the FYB Reportilize App includes all fixes and enhancements that were shipped in the previous releases of the product. For details of the previous release, please refer to the relevant release notes.

Bug fixed which caused Windows Auth instances of Reportilize to infinitely load the homepage

NEW FEATURES
OPEN ID AUTHENTICATION
Authentication for Reportilize allows for connection via Open ID. Connection can be made using Azure AD, Okta or Windows Authentication.
UPDATED UI
Reportilize UI has been updated to a fresh modern style.
GENERATE REPORT PLACEHOLDERS
Reporting template placeholders can now be automatically generated from within the dashboard configuration and no longer need to be generated by hand.
MONITOR FOR STALLED EVENT QUEUES
Reportilize will now check for any stalled Content Manager event queues and send out an email notification to notify of the stalled queue.
SAVED SEARCH DESCRIPTIONS
Saved search items within a dashboard can now add and modify both the name and description. Descriptions will display within the dashboard to provide more context to each search item.
CUSTOMISABLE OVERVIEW METADATA SORTING
Overview results page allows for customizable metadata sorting.
DOWNLOAD GROUP REPORTS
Ability to download all active reports within a group.
ENHANCED FEATURES
ENHANCED SEARCHING IN OVERVIEW
The overview results page allows for searching across the entire results. Searching allows for standard searching and content manager search string searching.
FORTNIGHTLY REPORTING
The ability to set dashboard reports to be sent out on a fortnightly schedule.
CURRENT TR5 RESULTS IN REPORT
Dashboard report emails will now contain tr5s with the records that make up the search upon report creation, not a tr5 of the saved search to provide a more accurate result.
RESET DEFAULT APPEARANCE
Button added into appearance to reset the appearance back to the Reportilize default theme.
GROUP WHITELIST ALLOW FOR RECURSIVE SEARCHING
Dashboard Group whitelisting allows for setting higher level organizations and will recursively search for all members, no longer requiring setting individual locations.
EVENT LOGS EMAILS
Event log emails will only be triggered if data has been captured that day.
ADDITIONAL POP-UP INDICATORS FOR VIEWING RESULTS
Additional indicators have been added to the Dashboards to prompt for viewing overview results.
REPORT PLACEHOLDER NAME
Reports generated can have a custom filename set for each dashboard
TEMP FOLDER PER DASHBOARD
All temporary files will now be stored within their own folder within the temp path to assist with improved dashboard report processing
IMPROVED LOG MANAGEMENT
Log management has been added into Reportilize to allow configuration of compression or deletion of old log files
IMPROVED REPORTING FOR MULTIPLE CONTACTS
Logic updated within Reportilize to improve the email process for sending reports to multiple contacts.

LIMITATIONS
IIS NAMING CONVENTION
Reportilize can only be named "Reportilize" when configured in IIS, due to the app's routing.
