LIMITATIONS
PEOPLE REACHED METRIC REMOVED
Due to the post_engaged_users API being deprecated, the People Reached feature has been removed from Power2CM.
INSTAGRAM BASIC CONNECTOR REMOVAL
Due to the Instagram Basic Display API being deprecated, the Instagram Basic Connector has been removed
FACEBOOK GRAPH API LIMIT
The amount of requests that can be made to Facebook's Graph API (specifically the Facebook App you create in the developer console) is 200 * the number of users of the app. Click here for more information.
FACEBOOK COMMENTS
If using the connector with a Facebook personal account, other users' comments on a post cannot be captured. If using a Facebook Page account the comments can be captured but not the author of the comment. This is due to Facebook's privacy restrictions. For further information regarding the restrictions click here.
INSTAGRAM COMMENTS
Comments cannot be captured from consumer Instagram accounts using the FYB Instagram Connector. This is a limitation of the Instagram Basic Display API. Comments can be captured on business and creator accounts using the Instagram Pro connector.
INSTAGRAM LIKES
Likes using the Instagram Connector cannot be captured at this stage, this is a limitation of the Instagram Basic Graph API.
ARCHIVING IG VIDEOS
Archiving IG videos are not supported. This is a limitation of the Instagram Graph API.
SIZE OF FILES
The max amount of bytes that can be sent to Power2CM is 2147MB.
