Pathway2CM Troubleshooting Guide

The following table lists some of the common Pathway2CM issues you may experience along with the possible cause and resolution.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION	CAUSE/RESOLUTION
The type initializer for 'HP.HPTRIM.SDK.trimPINVOKE' threw an exception.	Confirm that a copy of the HP.HPTRIM.SDK.dll is NOT present in the Pathway MSC folder in its installation directory. If the SDK file exists in the MSC folder then it should be removed.
Error creating or saving input document HP.HPTRIM.SDK.TrimException: Function request 'Add document' for Content Manager Workgroup Server 'EXAMPLE-SERVER' failed. [RCF: Unable to set last modified time for file 'D:\Content Manager\ServerLocalData\TRIM\Streaming\c0582ee4-a44e-4fdd-8725-0339b977ac87.dt_test_4.jpg'. The operation completed successfully.]	This issue can be caused by a mismatch between the CM Client and the Workgroup server. Confirm that the CM client on the Pathway application server is the same version as the CM workgroup server.
