NEW IN LAW2CM
CONTENT MANAGER SERVICE API
FYB Law2CM uses the Content Manager Service API to connect to Content Manager.
OPEN ID AUTHENTICATION
FYB Law2CM authenticates via Open ID.
DYNAMIC FOLDER STRUCTURE
Dynamic folder structure can be established for each unique matter type within Lawcadia.
SETTING RETENTION ON FOLDERS
Each individual folder can have the appropriate retention set.
TRANSFER OF FILES
Documents and emails are transferred from Lawcadia into Content Manager.
CAPTURING DOCUMENT VERSIONS
All document versions within Lawcadia will create a new version of the document within Content Manager.
SETTING ACCESS CONTROLS FOR ORG UNITS AND INIDIVIDUAL LOCATIONS
All access controls from Lawcadia will be set within the transferred matter.
SECURTY CAVEAT SET FOR CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS
Confidential matters will have the configured confidential security caveat set on the transferred matter.
LINKING MATTERS
Linked matters within Lawcadia will establish a 'related to' relationships within Content Manager.
LINKED MATTER EMAILS AND ATTACHMENTS
Transferred emails that have attachments will be alt contained on the email record.
FINALISE ON TRANSFER
Transferred files have the option to be finalized on transfer.
MATTER METADATA REPORT
PDF Matter Metadata report can be generated to be attached to all transferred matters to display all other captured data from the Lawcadia Matter
MANUAL ARCHIVING
Ability to manually archive Lawcadia Matters outside of the scheduled period.
LIMITATIONS
SYNCING LARGE FILES
Please note that syncing large files can lead to high CPU usage
FILE TRANSFER LIMIT
Due to limitations of the Content Manager Service API, the maximum file size that can be transferred to Content Manager using Law2CM is 2 GB.
