MULTI DATASET SCHEDULER ISSUE
Fixed issue with connections using the default dataset during a scheduled archive when two or more Datasets are configured.
UNABLE TO CONFIGURE TEAMS CHATS DUE TO SIZE
Fixed issue for clients facing issues configuring connections to Teams Chats when they have a large number of chats.

NEW IN FYB CONNECT
MODULAR DESIGN
FYB Connect uses a Modular design, allowing for modules to be enabled/disabled as needed, with a consistent feature set and UI shared across all modules.
Starting with 3652CM and CM2SP as the first modules included in this release, more modules will be added over time.
CONTENT MANAGER SERVICE API
FYB Connect uses the Content Manager Service API to connect to Content Manager.
SQL DATABASE
FYB Connect uses an SQL Database to store settings instead of using json files.
LOG FILE MANAGEMENT
Added a scheduler to compress or delete old log files
STATS CAPTURING
Added stats capturing and graphs to view the stats
CONFIGURABLE CM LAUNCHER LINKS
Added the ability to add configurable CM Launcher links
INDICATION OF ARCHIVE OUTCOME
Added a column to the home pages of all modules to show if the last archive successfully or failed
ARCHIVE FAILURE NOTIFICATION
Notifications can be sent to the specified email addresses when an archive fails.
DOWNLOAD LOGS
Logs can be downloaded from a module or individual connections
TRANSFER REPORT
A notification is sent to specified email addresses containing a report of what has been transferred/failed to transfer once an archive is completed.
EXPANDED HELP CENTRE
Added more options to the help centre section of FYB Connect
RESTORE APPEARANCE
Added a button to restore the appearance settings to its original configuration
365|2CM NEW FEATURES
OPTION TO INCLUDE ROOT DOCUMENTS FOR SELECT FOLDERS
Added an option to transfer the documents within the root folder when Select Folders is enabled
SKIP EMPTY FOLDERS
Added an option to prevent empty folders from being transferred from SharePoint to CM
IMPORT LEGACY SETTINGS
Settings and connections from the latest version of 365|2CM can be imported into FYB Connect

FILE TRANSFER LIMIT
Due to limitations of the Content Manager Service API, the maximum file size that can be transferred to Content Manager using the 365|2CM and FileShare module is 2 GB.

SHAREPOINT ACCESS CONTROLS
CM2SP does not support applying a Content Manager Record's access controls onto the associated SharePoint Document when transferring Records
FILE TRANSFER LIMIT
The maximum support file size of a single file when transferring Records from Content Manager to SharePoint is 500MB
