# DocUMove Release Notes 4.0.x

## OVERVIEW

This release of the FYB DocUMove add-in includes all fixes and enhancements that were shipped in the previous releases of the product. For details on the previous release, please refer to the relevant release notes.

## SECURITY HOTFIX 4.0.26

### BUG FIXES

#### INCORRECT LOCATION AUTHENTICATION

Fixed issue for user authentication mapping incorrectly to CM locations that have numeric values within the location's unique name

### BUG FIXES

#### MANDATORY SECURITY FIELDS

Fixed issue where both the security level and caveat fields were mandatory. Now only one field needs to be supplied if the Security field is mandatory on the Record Type.

#### DEFAULT OWNER AND ASSIGNEE FIELD NOT POPULATED

Fixed issue where the Record Type's default owner and assignee locations were not being populated in the respective fields on the DocUMove upload form.

Added the ability to retry uploading documents that have failed to upload

DocUMove has been rewritten to use .NET Core 8

#### CONTENT MANAGER SERVICE API

DocUMove now uses the Content Manager Service API to communicate with Content Manager.

#### LOG MANAGEMENT

Added the ability to delete or compress DocUMove log files using a scheduler.

### ENHANCED FEATURES

#### DISABLE RECORD TYPE BEHAVIOUR FOR CONTAINERS

Extended the **Disable Record Type Behaviour** feature to Container Record types.

#### USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR SMTP

Added Username and Password authentication for the SMTP features

### BUG FIXES

#### DAYS UNTIL EXPIRY NOT SHOWING

Fixed the issue where the number of days until the DocUMove license expires was not showing.

#### SECURITY LEVEL AND CAVEAT NOT SET CORRECTLY

Fixed issue where the Security Level and Caveat were not being set correctly on the Record after upload

## LIMITATIONS

### UPLOAD LIMITATION

Due to limitations with internet browsers, the maximum total upload size is 2GB per file.

### MANUAL RECORD NUMBERING

The FYB DocUMove does not support record types that require manual entry of the record numbering.

### ADDITIONAL FIELDS LINKING TO EXTERNAL ADD-INS

If the record type is linked to additional fields that use third-party external add-ins, then this record type cannot be used with the FYB DocUMove.

### EXTRACT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS

Currently, attachments to other emails will not be extracted and uploaded.
